Scanning digitally?
We receive from Medit, iTero, Shining 3D and DEXIS IOS Cloud, or STL by email (digital cases). Call the lab and we'll walk you through connecting your scanner account to DentX.
Every case needs an Rx
Service, teeth, shade and due date (see the Rx checklist). Print the DentX lab slip. If something is missing we call your office first, and the 5 business days start once the Rx is complete.
Sending impressions from outside LA County?
Request a label below and we'll email a prepaid one, billed at the carrier's cost. Finished work ships back for $7 per case.
In LA County?
Call or text before 12 pm and our driver will do their best to pick up the same day. Free.
